Nice, thank you Alan. I like the inclusion of the screengrab as well.

Obviously I don't know why you included it, but for me it felt like a reminder that we have to be open and honest that technology has played a part in the creative process. We are working in unison with the tools and often at odds with them to create something that says something about being human beings living at this moment in time.

The repetition in the video felt very ritualistic, with the grey background and the almost cell-like sparseness of the set.

A good way to start a Tuesday morning.

Hi and thanks, the two reasons for the screen grab - one is a kind of
precis, inviting the viewer to spend time with the video (which is fairly
complex); the other, as you say, is to emphasize the technological
structure within which the original 'real' scene is embedded, perhaps a
Brechtian moment.
