The trumpery is opening their new space on old street. They have a call for
applications. I am at the fish island trumpery and I have been enjoying it.

hallo folks

as many of you know, in june we signed the lease for 239 old street, a
10,000 square foot building in an iconic location on old street, after a
three year battle to get hold of it. we got our contractors onsite almost
immediately to strip out all the existing walls, ceilings, lighting,
ducting, piping, electrics and everything else until it was a bare shell.
after this we spent ten days sandblasting the entire interior space back to
bare concrete. then we started work to turn the space into a trampery. at
old street we're providing an open plan workspace with 50 desks, 2 private
studios, a 14-person private dining room and boardroom, an event venue for
160 seated or 250 standing, a full commercial kitchen and a members club
(with bar). our inspiration for the interior was 1970s luxe so everything's
dripping with gold, walnut, cork and bronze.

yesterday we launched the call for applications at
http://www.thetrampery.com/oldstreet . please pass the link to anyone you
think would like to locate their business there. as usual we'll give
preference to friends of existing trampery members so there's a slot in the
application form for businesses to tell us if they already know someone in
the trampery.

on 23rd october we're holding a "preview day" at the completed building for
anyone who'd like to come and look around. that evening we're hosting a
kick-off party for trampery members. please put this date in your diary and
we'll circulate details closer to the time.

all trampery members will get discounted rates for booking events, meeting
facilities or private dining at old street. we'll also be offering 12
months free club membership to every trampery business, including guest
rights. more details closer to the time.
